We LOVE Bitacora, This is our 3rd return in 2 year's and will never stay anywhere else in Lanzarote, We actually wait until there is availability to book. Reception Staff are so welcoming and helpful.
Excellent all round, staff brilliant, cleaning excellent, very efficient, pool bar prices very reasonable. Your staff are wonderful. Would love to return.

The fact that I cannot reserve a specific apartment on any dates for sure is not so great. As we usually holiday for 2 or 3 weeks - For me this means we may end up in an apartment we’re not really happy with for quite a long time.
