We have been staying at Bitacora for the last 7 years now, we love how friendly everyone is and how clean the complex and apartments are
Like the fact it was clean and well maintained. Loved the layout. Like the bar and the spare books. The shop could be a bit less expensive. We had a broken bed and it was fixed quickly after the first night.
The rack for drying clothes never got the sun in our apartment so it would be better placed else where or have a mobile one. Id like a full size mop and brush to be able to sweep myself as tiles get wet and slippy. We didnt get any discount code when leaving other hotels do this.
