After an unprecedented time due to the pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus, we are ready to receive our guests with the same commitment that characterizes us.
In compliance with the regulations established by the Spanish Government, we have developed our "Health & Safety" guide, which includes the recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO) regarding the prevention of COVID-19 transmission, advised by the Insular Association of Hotel and Apartment Businessmen of Lanzarote, organization to which we belong.
The following are the measures that we have implemented to maintain the maximum standard of sanitary security in our establishment.

Free disposal of hand sanitizer in apartment and common spaces.
Floor marks and signs to maintain social distance.
Limitation and reduction of capacity in common areas. In the pool maximum capacity reduction 30%, in the adult pool no more than 10 people must coincide and in the children's pool more than 2 people.
Cleaning and disinfection of textiles with steam at a temperature above 140º.
Distance and immobilization of hammocks. Capacity reduction in the solarium, maximum 30% occupancy.
All team members will wear face covers and / or face masks as needed.
Every day our team will undergo temperature controls.
Health and Safety Committee and training in health security for our team.
Permanent cleaning and disinfection of all high contact surfaces.
In accordance with WHO guidelines, we have improved cleaning and disinfection procedures, we have modified common spaces to ensure social distancing, we have redesigned our procedures to reduce interaction with our guests, and we work closely with local health authorities, implementing the recommended sanitary measures.
In order for you to enjoy your stay in complete safety and tranquility, always respect the instructions of our team and practice these actions.
Wash your hands with soap and water frequently.
Keep a distance of 1.5 meters with other people, if you cannot do it wear a mask.
We recommend the use of masks in common spaces, when you cannot maintain a distance of 1.5 meters with other people.
When you cough or sneeze, cover your nose and mouth with your elbow flexed or with a tissue.
Do not touch your eyes, nose, or mouth.
To minimize contact, avoid paying with coins and bills.
If you have a fever, cough, and shortness of breath, seek medical attention.
