As always had an excellent stay at the bitacora from the cleaning staff to the reception staff they are excellent The bar & restaurant absalutely fab it’s run by my good friend Jose he is top class and gayle and Raul who work the bar are excellent too 😁👍
The only thing I would say that’s wrong is the prices 😢

We loved the bitacora and will definitely return next year. We've stayed numerous times now and love it each time.
The only negative comment I would have would be the towels and bed sheets. The towels didn't smell clean on occasion and we had to go ask for clean bed sheets when we arrived. Overall though we had a lovely stay.
